This is not the first nor will it be the last post I share about how important sleep is. I’ve been surrounded my entire life by people who were either unable to sleep, were terrible sleepers or simply didn’t have time to sleep and it has proven over and over again to be absolutely horrible for their health. I come by being terrible at sleep straight up genetically – everyone on my dad’s side of the family has trouble sleeping. Combine that with numerous sports injuries and to say I’m basically obsessed with finding a way to sleep well every night is an understatement!
