SO… I apparently jinxed us lol Never again will I mention how fair and warm and easy our winter has been! BOOM highs in the single digits and another 7 inches of snow! I had a three day weekend though so I was able to enjoy it from my couch ๐Ÿ™‚ Welcome to Link Party #123 at Grandma’s House! This link party is all about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Thank you for another delicious party! I hope your weather doesnโ€™t get too bad. It really is winter in Michigan! Enjoy your week.

Hi Marilyn, here in Minnesota we have definitely moved out of winter and into the arctic circle lol. Crossing our fingers it doesn’t last too long, lows in the -20s this weekend ugh!

Thank you Tarahlynn for co-hosting your 123rd To Grandma’s House We Go. Lots of snow in your area – and you don’t have to chop and haul this year !

Your weather sounds like ours was this week. All of a sudden we went from almost 60F to -25F wind chills and a foot of snow. Now it’s flooding too, with more cold and snow on the way. Needless to say, we aren’t spending a lot of time outdoors.
Thank you so much for hosting. Have a wonderful week… and try to stay warm! *Hugs*

Hi Amy, yep winter is definitely hitting many of us really hard. We had a real temp of -32 this morning, I swear when I went to start my car she said, “You’ve got to be kidding me!” But she started lol. Stay warm and thanks for coming by!

Hi Tarah! Just to tell you that you are sooooo cold over in your state that you made the British news broadcast tonight! OMG that is C.O.L.D! Stay warm. Keep the pellet stove going and keep your socks on in bed haha…… thinking about that temperature tonight, me and Mr Mac just shrivelled up.

Susan, this is just CRAZY cold even for northern Minnesota lol My poor car this morning didn’t want to start at all (it was -12) tomorrow our high is -18. Thank you so much for the warm wishes! Fortunately this is only going to last a couple of days!
