Hey Bloggers, well it has officially happened, as of April 1st we will no longer be able to continue using the old version of Inlinkz – so we will be making the switch to the new one in the next party. I know many of you were unhappy with the new version and I’m sorry that we have no choice and no of no other alternative. Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go link party. This blogger party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

There will be features every week and they will be pinned on the To Grandma’s House We Go Pinterest page. The party will be shared on Facebook and Twitter and will be in the Grandma’s House Weekly DIY Newsletter!
Rules:
* Up to 3 links per person.
* Please only submit “new” posts: they don’t have to be new on your blog but they need to be new to us!
* MUST be a link to a blog post and not your home page.
* Other link parties or submission places are welcome as long as they are within the theme.
* Make sure you check out a few other links too while you’re here!
* You MUST follow us on at least one social platform.

Tarah, I’m so sorry about your lovely barn! What are you going to do with it? Thank you for hosting each week!
Thank you Suchot! Well, honestly, it is not feasible financially for me to fix it so I’m really hoping to salvage a lot of it for projects for my family!
Thank you for featuring my vintage seed packet planters. I hope you have a wonderful week.
Thank you Claire, you too!
thank you so much for the feature! I really appreciate it!
Thanks Kimberly for sharing with us, have a great week!
Tarah, thanks for hosting! I love the way your laundry room turned out. What an amazing use of a closet! It is so beautiful and I love the tablecloth you used as a curtain.
Thank you so much Heidi, hope you have a wonderful rest of your week!
Sorry to hear about the barn! Such bitter sweet feelings. I myself embraced the new inlinkz to make sure it worked as I had my party setup. The setup is a bit weird at first. But all in all I guess I have accepted it enough to say it has some good features. That was hard to type. LOL. Thanks for throwing the party again this. Enjoy your day.
Yeah my poor old barn 🙁 Thank you!
Lol! Thank you for typing that Marilyn even if it was tough, I SO appreciate you letting me know that you made the switch. I think we’ll all get used to it, hopefully they are working on the problems and are making it better!
I am sooo sorry about your barn…how heartbreaking that must be. I was happy to hear your horses were ok. OMG. Thank you so much for the party Tarah despite your struggles this week! Hopefully winter will end soon and things will be a little easier. Good luck!
Thank you for the condolences Kathleen, gosh it was such a bummer of a week 🙁 Thank goodness we’re seeing almost spring-like temps now!
Thank you Tarah for sharing your now painted and with the happy curtain colours laundry room. Paint is amazing at pulling everything together. Bet you grin every time you glance at it. Hope you share what it looks like when you have filled up the cupboards and shelves.
It was such a shock to see the towering barn roof breaking down and then the morning picture of the roof fallen in. Brings tears. I visited our old ranch barn 3 years ago and and took lots of pictures inside and outside because I knew that would be my last visit. So many memories tied up in your barn. Your hard work getting the horses settled and making sure their drinking water wouldn’t freeze is part of the big picture of your love of your home. Getting those last inside looking up pictures was important. History.
Again Tarah, thank you for co-hosting your 131st To Grandma’s House We Go. Always appreciated.
Hugs.
Joy
Thank you so much Joy! I thought of that the next day too, just how relieved I was that we got up in there and got those photos, I had no idea at the time that they were once in a lifetime! Hope you have a lovely weekend.
Thank you for featuring my upcycled drawer shelf!
Tania
