Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go link party. So I’ve had three bird houses, four bat houses and two martin houses stashed in my garage for the past few years. Before they were in my garage they were in my aunt’s garage for over a decade. My Grandparents’ made them many many many years ago and they’ve been on my summer to do list since forever. This last weekend I finally got them all put out! I even dug in and cemented posts out in the horse pasture for the martin houses. The three bird houses fit perfect on top of my privacy fence posts and the horse shed gave me a great southern facing place for all four of the bat houses. Phew! It feels great to get that done! Now, on to the Party!

This blogger party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

There will be features every week and they will be pinned on the To Grandma’s House We Go Pinterest page. The party will be shared on Facebook and Twitter and will be in the Grandma’s House Weekly DIY Newsletter!

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Please only submit “new” posts: they don’t have to be new on your blog but they need to be new to us!
* MUST be a link to a blog post and not your home page.
* Other link parties or submission places are welcome as long as they are within the theme.
* Make sure you check out a few other links too while you’re here!

I love the window film that you put on your kitchen cabinet doors! It’s gorgeous! (Your cabinet doors remind me of the kind that my grandmother had in her kitchen!) I enjoy seeing all of the things that you’re doing to your house. You are so talented!

Hello Tarah. Youv’e got awesome info here! I used to cook and make adorable projects with my grandma. Her old fashioned recipes and creative style in making house renovations are very simple yet stylistic and elegant. I can see her style here. Brings back memories!
