Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #159. Fortunately for us Minnesotans we did not see the snow that just hammered Montana. We did see the cold though over the last couple of days. My garden is officially totally and completely done and I turned my heat on in the house. My horses are looking fuzzier by the day and I am not enjoying the fire of my little pellet stove. A couple more outdoor chores and then I’ll be moving totally inside the house with my focus and project list. I am looking forward to it as is always the truth this time of the year! Now, on to the Party!
This blogger party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
There will be features every week and they will be pinned on the To Grandma’s House We Go Pinterest page. The party will be shared on Facebook and Twitter and will be in the Grandma’s House Weekly DIY Newsletter!
* Up to 3 links per person.
* Please only submit “new” posts: they don’t have to be new on your blog but they need to be new to us!
* MUST be a link to a blog post and not your home page.
* Other link parties or submission places are welcome as long as they are within the theme.
* Make sure you check out a few other links too while you’re here!

We have our furnace on too, Tarah. Thankfully we didn’t get hit with that same blizzard that hit Montanna and Southern Alberta either. I’m not ready to hunker down indoors for winter just yet. Hope your week has been a good one so far and thanks for hosting. ๐
Hi Marie, I’m right there with you – hopefully we’ll both get to enjoy a long fall before we get snowed in!

Hi Tarah – thanks for co-hosting your 159th To Grandma’s House We Go. The rush is on to get the gardens cleaned up and things put under cover before the rains totally take over on Coastal BC. Have a great week.

Same for us Joy, fortunately it looks like some less crappy weather for us next week so I might not be out in the rain doing the last of my outside work! Thanks so much for coming by!
