Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #168. I do hope that you all partied and ate far too much and allowed yourself to forget about calorie intake for at least one day. I myself ate WAY too much over two Thanksgivings. Lodi and I were literally wattling home to hit the couch and unbutton our pants and remove our belts. I have been on a “diet” for almost a year now. I have lost nearly 25 pounds. I’m pretty sure I ate as much food on the first Thanksgiving as I would normally eat spread out over several days. I also have VERY delicate stomach issues that I ignored and totally regretted later. Still though… there was pie and it was REALLY good pie. Now, on to the Party!

This blogger party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

There will be features every week and they will be pinned on the To Grandma’s House We Go Pinterest page. The party will be shared on Facebook and Twitter and will be in the Grandma’s House Weekly DIY Newsletter!

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Please only submit “new” posts: they don’t have to be new on your blog but they need to be new to us!
* MUST be a link to a blog post and not your home page.
* Other link parties or submission places are welcome as long as they are within the theme.
* Make sure you check out a few other links too while you’re here!
* You MUST follow us on at least one social platform.

Glad to hear you had a yummy Thanksgiving, Tarah. Time to do it all again in just a few short weeks. Glad we celebrate in October so we have more time to recuperate before the holidays. Thanks for hosting and hope you’re having a great week so far!

Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 11-25 to 11-29 on my blog. On Tuesday morning were Christmas Almond Balls. Wednesday was a Red Velvet Oreo Trifle. And wrapping up the first week of Christmas baking is a Marilyns Treats original. My Death by Peanut Butter and Chocolate Trifle. Enjoy!
