Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go link party #198. Wow, as weird as this year has been I didn’t think I’d say this but where did June go? I can’t believe this weekend is the fourth of July already OMG we haven’t got near enough done on the yard lol time to crack the whip on MYSELF. I love this time of the year and I also hate it because we just stored the hay for the horses for this winter and Lodi and I just talked about ordering pellets for the pellet stove also for this winter… Can’t we pretend summer isn’t going to end for even ONE minute!? Now, on to the Party!
CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! Chas and I are teaming up the first Sunday of every month with a themed project and we would love to have you join us! Each month’s posts is a different theme – currently we are doing it by room to really let us be versatile and creative. We have opened it up to all other bloggers using Inlinkz to make it easy for us to all share together. To get the party codes, the dates and the themes click here!
This blogger party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
There will be features every week and both they and the party they will be shared on the To Grandma’s House We Go Pinterest page, on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and will be in the Grandma’s House Weekly DIY Newsletter!
* Up to 3 links per person.
* Please only submit “new” posts: they don’t have to be new on your blog but they need to be new to us!
* MUST be a link to a blog post and not your home page.
* Other link parties or submission places are welcome as long as they are within the theme.
* Make sure you check out a few other links too while you’re here!
* You MUST follow us on at least one social platform.

Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 6-22 to 6-26 on my blog. On Tuesday was Grilled Shrimp and Scallops. Wednesday saw Crescent Veggie Pizza. Thursday was a Perfect Grilled Porterhouse Steak. And winding up this Week was a post on Grilling The Perfect Steak. Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing with us Marilyn!
Thank you for featuring my Gossip Bench Makeover, Tarah. Stay well!
Thanks for sharing with us Ann!
Thanks so much for featuring my strawberry pie post! Loved reading all about your garden posts this weeks. I also started a new garden this year, and am struggling with my cucumbers. Next year I’m going to try your Straight Eight variety! I wrote about my garden in my Life Lately post!

Hi Niky I grew three kinds of cucumbers last year and the straight eights were by far our favorite – they are not nearly so spiny and they really reminded me of the slender hydroponic cucumbers I like to get from our local grocery store.
I know, right! We’ve had such a crappy Spring and Summer so far. July is my favorite month of the year because we finally get some summer temperatures. Finger’s crossed this dam ran stops soon. Happy 4th of July to you!
Happy fourth of July to you too Marie! Hope you have a great long weekend!
Hi Tarahlynn. Thank you so much for featuring my, “Finding New Spaces” post this week. I am very excited! Thank you also for hosting every week. Your link party is so supportive and helpful to all of us :).

Thanks for joining us every week Tiffany! Happy 4th!
I feel just like you do. Who wants to think about Winter already? It is kind of like the saying “Make hay while the sun shines”. Growing up on a farm, we spent pretty much all Summer getting the hay, grain, etc. ready for the Winter months. Thank you for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #78, #79, & #80. Have a great Fourth of July!
Thank you Amy for joining us, I always look SO forward to your latest recipes!
