Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #207. I got my Mom home from Rochester on Monday afternoon, I am so totally beat but we’re all OK. She has a long road of recovery ahead of her but she’s getting a little bit better very day. I’m taking care of her in any way that I can. Lodi held down our fort while I was gone – only five baseball bat sized cucumbers to be fed to the horses from the garden lol Otherwise we got to try our first watermelon! Not very big but wonderfully tasty. Now, on to the Party!
CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here!
This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes.
Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
* Up to 3 links per person.
* Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here!
* You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter
(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)
Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) And images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!
I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past…
Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.
How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Hi Marie, no Chas decided to no longer host this linky, I totally understood! So, for now, I’ll be hosting the party by myself unless another blogger might want to join in ๐
Tarah, thanks so much for featuring my all-natural wreath, I’m so honored! Even though I’m publishing fewer posts than I used to, I just love visiting your blog and participating in this party. I enjoy the community and inspiration it brings me. Thanks so much for hosting.
