Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #208. Well… It happened… Summer went from 90 to 50 like it saw a state trooper lol. So bummed, we got hit by freezing temps two nights in a row. Wow how that happened fast! Of course, this is not the end – projected highs will be returning to normal but wow how NOBODY was happy to have to turn their heat on! My garden is absolutely done and oh how I am going to miss the fresh produce! Now, on to the Party!

CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever)

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes.

Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here!
* You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter

I will choose five features every week and they will be shared across ALL of my social media and in the next party!

(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) And images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

What I’ve been up lately: Master Bathroom Organization, small space ideas that helped a lot!

Most particularly the changes we've made have given us a lot more bathroom organization and storage that were simple and improved the space!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past…

Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!

Your weather sounds very similar to ours here in the Canadian prairies. We had snow in the mountain parks on the labor day weekend. yet tomorrow they’re forecasting temps in the 80s. WTH! Thank you, Tarahlynn, for the herb dryer feature! Whew, looks like I got it made just in time. Have good weekend! xo
