Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #210. WOW is the weather crazy this year or what!? Below freezing temps totally annihilated my garden and then yesterday it was 80 degrees – WTH!? I’m not complaining, the heat is always welcome this time of year because, lets be honest, it could totally be snowing. A long hot fall I think we all deserve especially this year! Now, on to the Party!

CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever)

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes.

Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here!
* You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter

I will choose five features every week and they will be shared across ALL of my social media and in the next party!

(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) And images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

What I’ve been up lately: Deck Coffee Table out of Treated Lumber – Replacing a Rotting Spool

My Feature’s this week:

Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Pumpkin Mantel for Fall

Cozy Blanket Ladder Upcycle for under $10

Paint Chip Wreath

What to Do with Green Tomatoes in the Fall

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past…

Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!

    Tara,
Thanks so much for hosting. I know that the parties can be a lot of work (I do a few myself), but I love to see all of the things people share and I am glad you are continuing. I still think we need it.
I am sharing at #53 – Saving a Cast Off.
    Have a great week.

It sounds like your weather is like ours. It is so hot one day and freezing the next. But we always are happy for the warm weather this time of year, because like you said, we could have snow. Thank you for hosting the party. Our links this week are: #77, #78, & #79. Enjoy your week.
