Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #218. Well we finally got a dusting of snow on Monday but, amazingly enough, its on its way to being melted and gone! Strange for us this time of year but no one is complaining. (We were missed by a huge snow storm that hit most of the state last week.) We got a heated water bowl for our birds and little critters and I can’t believe how much they appreciate it! We’re filling it up almost daily and totally regret not getting one sooner! Now, on to the Party!

CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever)

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes.

Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here!
* You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter

I will choose five features every week and they will be shared across ALL of my social media and in the next party!

(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) And images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past…

Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!

Thank you for hosting the party. We haven’t had any snow that has stuck here yet either. We do need moisture, but I’m not complaining. Our links this week are: #80, #81, & #82.

Thanks Amy and I totally agree, not complaining about having no snow but we could use some rain lol
