Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #247. You guys the last party made it IMPOSIBLE for me to choose only five features – I had to pick six! WOW what amazing content you all share, you are so incredible and inspiring! Ok so, a week ago, Thursday and Friday night we had to cover all of our plants because of hard freezing temperatures. One week later, it was literally 100 degrees. Even for northern MN that’s pretty crazy. Our luck is so great that we rented a skid steer a month ago and had no choice but to work in the yard all weekend lol. We said we’d get it done come hell or high water unfortunately it was basically hell! Wow was that a struggle in the heat OMG! Now, on to the Party!

CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever)

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes.

Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person.
* Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here!
* You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter

I will choose five features every week and they will be shared across ALL of my social media and in the next party!

(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) And images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past…

Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!

Now, let’s get Link Party #247 started!

Now I want a jumbo chess set in my backyard, so cool! Your weather sounds as wacky as ours here in Alberta, Canada. Love your idea for storing garden tools!

Thank you, Tarahlynn, for hosting again and a huge thanks for featuring my D’artagnan Shire story! I do appreciate it! I can relate to how quickly it is getting hot. It will be 115 next week in Arizona. I am not ready for these awful temps. Hope you have a wonderful week!
