Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #271. Well I don’t know about you guys but November is just FLYING by for me. I have two four day weekends this month from my day job so, of course, I’m trying to get some projects done so I can relax a bit more over December. Its been pretty chilly but we have some high 30s on the way which is actually not too bad, this is northern MN after all! I hope you all have a wonderful upcoming turkey day! Make sure and check out the features this week – one of them is something I have NEVER seen before which is an entire Xmas tree made out of brown paper! Now, on to the Party!
CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here! This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
* Up to 3 links per person. * Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here! * You MUST follow me on at least one social platform: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter
(By linking up you’re giving me permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving me permission to share one of your images across all of my social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)
Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (I love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram when I feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!
I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.
Thank you for featuring my recycled drink coasters, Tarahlynn, and wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving from Canada! xo
You too Marie, thank you for sharing with us!
Tarah, thank you so much for featuring my ornament wreath. It’s a favorite. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks Carol, you too!
