Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #274. Wowser guys how is that Xmas is almost here already!? We got Christmas lights up on the house this weekend but other projects took precedence over getting our tree up. All the shopping is done, thank goodness, though nothing is wrapped yet. Hopefully sometime this week after work we get into the festive mood to get entirely ready for the holiday. How are you guys doing with your holiday preparations? Now, on to the Party!

CALLING ALL BLOGGERS!! The first Sunday of every month is our DIY Blog Hop. For more information on the themes, dates and how to join – Click Here! This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever) This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!
