Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #321. Well the “bur” is settling in but not without some lovely sunny days so I can’t say that I’m complaining. Still no white stuff on the ground! I got out the heated bird bath and we put the tank heater in our horse’s water tank. I purchased the heated water bowl for the birds and still am just amazed (though I shouldn’t be) at how much the birds and little critters appreciate it throughout the winter. I think we all unconsciously just assume that they have plenty of snow so water isn’t a big deal when, in fact, open water is a HUGE deal! Now, on to the Party!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!

Tarah, thanks so much for hosting. I linked up with #4 Color Me Blessed โ€“ Count Your Blessings. You mention that link parties are becoming a thing of the past. I think it might be more than not seeing any benefit to SEO or traffic numbers. I wrote a recent post about parties that’s getting lots of comments although I haven’t shared it at any parties yet.

The plaid trees featured this week are adorable! After two major dumps of snow, it’s become a winter wonderland over here. Love the snow but the freezing temps, not so much. Thanks for hosting!

OMG Marie we must just have got lucky its currently raining here but not QUITE cold enough for snow, very weird. Praying it doesn’t turn to ice we would all much prefer snow.

Never thought of a heater for the birds, but I love this idea!

Yeah a little heated dog bowl for water works great and they really seem to appreciate it!
