Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #336. Well it looks like we’re in for a doozy of a snow storm over the next couple of days. Warnings of up to like 22 inches of snow lol. Let’s hope not! I got out into the yard with my camera this last weekend and had a bit of a heart stopper when I noticed how much our earlier snow falls had impacted our poor old barn. It’s not like I don’t see her every day but I also don’t really LOOK at her every day, ya know? Her falling in is inevitable but it still pulls at my heart a bit… Now, on to the Party!
This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
* Up to 3 links per person. * Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here! * You MUST follow us on at least one social platform: Grandma’s House DIY: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter
Our Tiny Nest: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter(By linking up you’re giving us permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving us permission to share one of your images across our social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)
Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (We love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram if we feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!
I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.
That kitchen island is fabulous Tarah! I don’t know how I ever missed it so am happy you re-shared it!
