Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #337. As sometimes happens with where we live so far north we were fortunate the majority of last weeks insane storm went South of us. Pretty much all of Minneapolis shut down along with the airport etc. It was insane! Meanwhile we got just a couple of inches of snow here and are looking at highs in the 20s and 30s. It is almost spring and I do feel like we got away with a pretty mild winter overall. Now, on to the Party!
This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
* Up to 3 links per person. * Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here! * You MUST follow us on at least one social platform: Grandma’s House DIY: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter
Our Tiny Nest: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter(By linking up you’re giving us permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving us permission to share one of your images across our social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)
Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (We love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram if we feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!
I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 200 weeks so, for now, as long as you guys keep sharing, I do plan on keeping the party going.
Thank you for hosting! I always enjoy visiting the creatives each week. I appreciate the love shown to my rope bowl tutorial this week!! Enjoy!!!
Thanks for sharing with us Suzan!
Your snow looks very pretty. Thank you for featuring my decoupage vase.
Thanks for sharing with us Claire!
I am grateful there are still blog parties, and I feel I get to see what ideas are current in a section of blogland I enjoy. Blogging wasn’t started “for the money”, I don’t even know how to “monetize” the blog, and I’m happy to see the ideas of others. Thank You so much for spending the time to host this party!
Thanks for sharing with us and stopping by!
