To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #351)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #351. Though it feels like we shouldn’t (because we’re still behind on yard work) Lodi and I are taking next weekend as a little vacation just for us. We’re not going far but it seemed fitting on our first year wedding anniversary to return to the national park where we got married last year. I used to camp a lot and have always wanted to go camping with Lodi but busy life has meant we haven’t had the chance until now. I’m very excited to just take a couple of days beside a campfire and just chill! Now, on to the Party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 300 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
