To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #357)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #357. Unlike what sounds like the entire rest of the country we’ve been in a REAL cold spell! A few days ago we had a low of 37. Even the folks I know that hate the heat aren’t impressed by this either lol. July is generally our hottest month and this feels a little too much like fall for all of us… Highs going back up into the 80s now finally so maybe summer isn’t quite over yet. Now, on to the Party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 300 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
