Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #379. My eldest nephew is back visiting from college so we had a family get together before Xmas. The weather here is still holding at insanely mild for this time of the year which felt pretty right in light of the fact that “southern BBQ” won out in the family voting group chat. My sister in law made jambalaya, her sister made hush puppies and collard greens, I made BBQ pulled pork, others brought mac and cheese, BBQ beans, short ribs, sweet potatoes, pimento cheese dip and, of course, a ton of pies and deserts. It was really fun! Now, on to the Party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever)

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Rules:

* Up to 3 links per person. * Make sure you check out a few other links while you’re here! * You MUST follow us on at least one social platform: Grandma’s House DIY: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter

We will choose features every week and share them across our social media and in the next party!

(By linking up you’re giving us permission to feature you in the next party by including your post URL and one of your images. You are also giving us permission to share one of your images across our social media platforms and in the Grandma’s House weekly DIY newsletter to promote the party.)

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (We love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram if we feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 300 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!

Let’s all remember to promote the new parties every week!
