To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #409)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #409. Well I finally got myself motivated and have started in on taping and mudding out the sheetrock in the stairwell. I at least confirmed why I had a good reason for my procrastination. I don’t like having to stand at the very top of a ladder in a stairwell! Its no fun! I finished second coat last night though and plan and slapping a third on there tonight. Can’t wait to get the ladder work totally done. Now, on to the party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
