Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #431. Well after all that complaining of going to work at -20 degrees it warmed up just enough here to rain… Not exactly what we had in mind! I feel like every year Lodi and I put off decorating for longer and longer but we did get our tree up last weekend finally. I still have all of my wrapping to do but then I think I’ll be ready for Xmas finally! Now, on to the party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers. How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
