To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #464)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #464. We had a very short notice part at my place this weekend that had us scrambling a little bit but I think we hit it out of the park. I grabbed this 40ft slip and slide for all the kiddos and it was a total hit. Between one of my eldest nephews and me we picked up 600 water balloons at walmart and promptly ran out within an hour lol. I can’t believe to fill water balloons anymore you just hook them up to a hose and watch them tie themselves when their filled up. Very different from when I was kid! Now, on to the party!

This link party is about all of us sharing homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

I’m sad to say that lots of bloggers have stopped hosting link parties but I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep this party going!
