Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #507. I got my most important tree planted last week. I buried my little dog Link’s ashes under an apple tree in his favorite spot in the yard. Seeing that apple tree with its blooms and so full of life at the same time while I was holding the loss of him was actually really healing. Its like now I have a place where I can go and visit him. Now, on to the party!
This link party is about all of us sharing homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.
I’m sad to say that lots of bloggers have stopped hosting link parties but I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep this party going!
