Hey guys, not sure where time flies, its been a VERY busy three months for me topped off by my 32nd birthday this last weekend on the 24th. I had a great time with family and friends and hope you had a great weekend too! Welcome to Link Party #76 at Grandma’s House! And what I’ve been up to this week: Refinishing an old door for my new guest bedroom and library!

How to refinish a 100 year old door by sanding down and restaining on one side and painting it out with two coats of gloss rustoleum black paint on the other side. Reusing, recycling, solid wood antique door with old brass knob for my new guest bedroom and library.

    Tarah, I just love how your refinished door turned out. It still looks so vintage with the stain you chose and with that old hardware. Your guests will be in for a treat staying in that room! Thanks for hosting another beautiful party.

    So happy I found you guys. This is my first time linking up but it will not be my last. There is some really useful information here. I love the DIY door refinishing as well as the wall painting ideas. I am in the thinking stage of painting a few rooms in my home, but it just the thinking about it stage for sure. 🙂 Have a wonderful week.
