Hey guys how is your spring going so far?! I’ve been dog sitting my best friends’ two doggos since last Friday so basically I’ve been doing nothing but cuddling with them, napping with them, playing with them, worrying about them and spoiling them lol Oh and taking lots and lots of pictures of course! Welcome to Link Party #88 at Grandma’s House! This link party is all about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Yay! Thanks for featuring my scrub! I was reading about your lawn this morning…that is certainly a lot of yard! I have been living in condos/apartments so long, I can’t even remember what it’s like to have a yard. But that might change soooooon 😉

Hi Marissa, I have never lived in an apartment and thus I have always dreamed of that since I was a little girl! lol I would miss my yard though even though it is a LOT of yard.

Sorry, I totally missed last week! Thanks for featuring my little herb bags then! Trying to get rid of your grass is totally cracking me up; you reminded me that my grandma was always picking up sticks, too! I just have a picture of her in my mind, with gardening gloves and an old man’s coat on, leaning over and making a pile of sticks! Thanks for the memory trigger! And thanks for hosting!

Thanks for coming by Lora!! Yep, all of our country Grandmas I think were absolutely on a mission to remove every stick from their yard lol my Grandma had a little stove in her kitchen she would burn them in. It was like her favorite job.
