To Grandma’s House we go! (Wednesday Link Party #445)

Welcome to the To Grandma’s House We Go Link Party #445. Well it hasn’t exactly warmed up but spring is definitely here. Now it seems like just a waiting game for the north wind to go away. Highs in the 40s and 50s as far as the forecast goes is really a sweet thing to see. But it is still technically March and goodness knows we’ve seen major snow in April too. Regardless, we are seeing and end to winter and that’s a fine thing! Now, on to the party!

This link party is all about you sharing your posts about homemade, homemaking, DIY, recycling, upcycling, before and afters (of rooms, furniture, whatever), build projects, vintage, any kind of creative, frugal, time saving, money saving or green advice, canning and old fashioned recipes. Going back to simpler times, simpler days where we used all that we had and never bought new until there was absolutely no choice.

Five features will be chosen every week, promoted in the next party, shared across all of our social media and included in our weekly newsletter!

Tips to get featured: Have an Instagram account! (We love being able to tag the blogger on Instagram if we feature them.) Images really are everything, having great eye catching images is another trick to getting featured!

Note about link parties.

I’m sad to say that link parties are becoming a thing of the past… Lots of bloggers have stopped hosting and stopped joining as they aren’t seeing benefit to their SEO or traffic numbers.

How do I feel about this? I would really miss you guys! I’ve been hosting this party for over 400 weeks, so as long as you guys keep sharing, I’ll keep the party going!
